一种高温雷达散射截面的测试方法研究

    • 摘要: 对常温状态的雷达散射截面(RCS)测试方法进行了分析,设计出高温RCS 测试方法,以紧缩场RCS测试系统为基础进行高温RCS 测试系统改造,研制了低散射高温目标体支架,选用石墨材料制作高温目标体,使用中频感应加热装置对目标体快速加热,对空心石墨体开展了降温规律试验。在高温RCS 测试过程通过录制视频得出各环节的时刻,计算出目标体温度与转动角度的对应曲线。对空心石墨体10 GHz VV 极化的高温RCS 测试数据进行分析,在RCS≥-15 dBsm 时系统的RCS 均值误差≤1. 0 dB,可见设计的高温RCS 测试系统及测试方法具有较高的精度,本设计可为高温RCS 测试研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the measurement method of radar cross section at normal temperature,then designs a high temperature RCS measurement method. The method improves the compact range RCS measurement system by developing a low scattering high temperature target support, selecting graphite to make high temperature target, using intermediate frequency induction heater to quickly heat the target, and carrying out cooling law experiment on hollow graphite. In the high temperature RCS test process, the time of each section is obtained by video recording, and the corresponding curve between the target body temperature and rotation angle is calculated. By analyzing the high temperature RCS of hollow graphite at 10 GHz VV polarization, it concludes that the average RCS error of this high temperature RCS measurement system is ≤ 1. 0 dB when the target's RCS is ≥-15 dBsm, so the high temperature RCS measurement system and the measurement method designed in this paper have high precision. This paper can provide a reference for high temperature RCS measurement research.
