Abstract:
In this paper, a miniaturized and low-cost down-conversion receive circuit based on self-oscillation mixing (SOM) is designed. The self-oscillation mixing circuit mainly adopts the auxiliary source circuit for simulation analysis and design, and uses the single device field-effect tube (FET) to realize two functions of frequency conversion and local vibration in frequency conversion receiving circuit. In the design, different kinds of functional circuits are connected through vertical stacking to improve the integration of system. A design method combining functional circuit integration based on self-oscillation mixing and structural integration based on interlayer filling of separated devices is proposed in this paper. Finally, a down-conversion receive circuit with antenna integrated in a compact, low cost and low power is realized in the space volume of 58 mm×20 mm×2. 9 mm. The conversion gain is from -4 dB to -8 dB and the power consumption is 0. 13 W.
