    Design of the Miniaturized X-band Sextuple Frequency Source

    • The direct synthetic frequency source is widely used in the radar receiver, but its large size and high cost cannot meet the requirements of the miniaturization and multifunction of the radar system. A miniaturized X-band sextuple frequency source is designed in this paper utilizing the system-in-package technique. The dimension of the system is only 21 mm×16 mm×3 mm, and the multiple frequency transform from 1 GHz~2 GHz to 6 GHz~12 GHz can be achieved by this system. Measurement result shows that the power of the output signal is about 0 dBm, and spurious signal is 2 GHz far away from the main signal, while the spurious suppression is larger than 60 dBc.
