Design of a Miniaturized Low-power Rectifying Circuit with High-efficiency
-
Abstract
A miniaturized low-power high-efficiency rectifying circuit operating at 433 MHz is proposed to meet the demand for equipment miniaturization.Through analysis of the rectifying circuit, it is found that the input low-pass filter has little impact on the RF-DC efficiency and can be removed.Replacing the traditional 1/4 wavelength transmission line filter with an output low-pass filter designed using lumped components can greatly reduce the size of the output filter. Based on the above analysis, a miniaturized rectifying circuit is designed. Experimental results show that the RF-DC efficiency reaches 71% at an input power of 0 dBm, and remains above 50% in the input power range from -6 dBm to 9 dBm.
