Mode Cutoff Frequencies of Grooved Waveguide Loaded with E Plane Dielectric and Ferrite Slabs
The method of lines is used to compute a variet y of mode cutoff frequencies of a grooved waveguide loaded with E plane dielect ric and ferrite slabs.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that th e higher order modes can be eliminated effectively by proper choice of reduced s ize waveguide and slabs.
