    Solution of Steady State Multipactor Discharge Based on Fourier Series

    • A simple circuit model is constructed to analyze the interaction between multipactor discharge and RF circuit. The steady state solution of multipactor discharge equation is solved by introducing appropriate assumptions and using Fourier series. The multipactor current may saturate at a much lower level in the steady state, primarily by its loading of the cavity; The space charge force associated with the multipactor electrons plays a relatively minor role.
