Fast Efficient Technique for Solving Monotonic RCS Using the SVD Method

On the CBFM method,we apply multilayer SVD technology to construct a set of orthogonal CBFs independent of angle and polarization.This group orthogonal CBFs is built by PCBFs which are made by a set of plane spectrums of different space angels.By different linear combination using this group basic functions,we get surface current distribution of PEC object irradiated by different angular plane waves.Then we can calculate PEC object's monotonic RCS fastly.This article combines PO method and binary tree dynam...
