    A Power Combiner of X Wide-Band Based on T-Junction Waveguide

    • In this paper,a new power combiner of X wide-band,which is based on T-junction waveguide,waveguide-to-microstrip double probes and wilkinson microstrip technology, is presented.By simulating the combiner using HFSS,it shows that the amplitude imbalance of the combiner is lower than 0.2dB,the return loss is lower than -19dB,the back-to-back insertion loss is lower than 0.35dB and combined efficiency is better than 92% in the frequency range of 8-12GHz.The combiner shows the advantages of both T-junction waveguide and Wilkinson technology such as wide band,low insertion loss,high isolation and integrating with the power amplifier modules directly.
