Prospects on the Fusion Application of Terahertz Technology and Silicon Photonics Technolog

This paper will introduce the development of the silicon photonics, especially the important performance of the silicon photonics based Optical-Electric Conversion Module and Electric-Optical Conversion Module. And also describe advantages and dis advantages of the silicon photonics technology full-chip integration. The potential application of silicon photonics technology in the field of optically controlled phased array radar and Terahertz radar system are preliminarily discussed
