    Progressive Optimization Method for RF SiP System

    • Radio frequency SiP system has the advantages of high density and good performance, however, due to the complex electromagnetic issues, the optimization method is vital. This paper, based on methods of board-level field-circuit cooperated simulation, near-field equivalent simulation and near-field scanning, provides a progressive optimization method for RF SiP system. By the optimization of an S-band up-converter SiP model as an example,this method is verified. The potential risks of the system are picked up accurately, and the equivalent lumped circuit is built to simulate the near-field coupling, and some improved measures are suggested later. Also by the way of near-field scanning, the test results and simulation has correlation 96.24%. It proves that the optimizatiom method has a high reliability and practicability.
