    Design of an X-Band 100kW Liquid Cooling Harmonic Filter

    • In addition to generating the main frequency power, high power klystron transmitter also produces a large amount of unnecessary harmonic power. In order to prevent interference from transmitter harmonic to other electronic devices, the harmonic filter is usually inserted in the transmitting feeder system. In this paper, on the basis of the comparison and analysis of the status of microwave filters at home and abroad, the mechanism of ultra-high power microwave filters are analyzed and studied, the X-band 100kW harmonic filter focuses on the key technology of cold extrusion forming technology,high density cooling technology and thermal simulation technology. It developed a X-band 100 kW harmonic filter by simulation and eperiments. After testing and verifying, it fully meets the requirements of technical indicators and achieves the purpose of research.
